Jeremy was born into a musical family and had the privilege of exploring many musical situations growing up. He took almost every offered opportunity (and sometimes invited himself) to play clarinet, saxophone, acoustic bass and guitar in the concert and marching bands, pep bands, jazz band, orchestra, and various school musicals throughout high school. He went on to complete his music degree at the University of Akron and did graduate work at Bowling Green State University. In the last several decades, he has by his own rough reckoning taught a thousand guitar students, and played guitar and bass in a variety of musical situations including a summer of country music at Cedar Point, blues gigs in the Dallas and Houston areas, polkas in Cleveland, solo and group jazz performances, reggae bands, countless wedding receptions throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky and a near infinite number of bar gigs.

Matt started his musical journey at age 10 by picking the saxophone out of a lineup of concert instruments in the fourth grade. Shortly after he picked up the guitar in his free time. He spent his time after school practicing for concert band shows and learning all he could about music and what it means to dedicate yourself to an instrument. Once he reached high school he continued the path by taking every music class Loveland High School had to offer including symphonic band, jazz lab band and competed in the marching band as an extra curricular. Senior year he received the unique opportunity to take part in a guitar class through the school, a new program at the time. With the help and support of his instructors he fell even more in love with the art of music.
Since graduating Matt has carried on his love and passion for music dedicated himself to the guitar constantly searching for opportunities to write, practice, perform and record. Now Matt hopes to inspire the younger generations the same way his instructors did for him.
“Music expresses that which cannot be put into words and that which cannot remain silent”

Singer, Songwriter, musician and recording artist Joe Cowels has been honing his craft with more than two decades of recording and live performance. Joe has learned that the right song, the right note, at the right time for the right person can change their world for the better.
Born in New York, he grew up as a multi-instrumentalist, playing drums, guitar and bass, cutting his teeth on an eclectic mix of Jazz, blues, country, pop and rock. "I don't really believe in having hundreds of music categories and dividing it all up into preconceived notions... there's good music to be had everywhere" Joe says.
Over the years he has played in country, rock, metal and pop bands, and even worked on commercial jingles for a time. This wide range of experience has given him an extensive vocabulary to work with and has taught hm an appreciation for the roots of music. His true passion however rests in guitar-based music and the timeless blues and blues-rock classics of many of his heroes. Over the years he has played all over the country to thousands of people, with big names, local legends and more.
Now residing in Loveland Ohio, Joe enjoys playing in both his solo show as well as his own band for as many people as possible. He still occasionally does guest appearances, session and studio work, but more than anything enjoys sharing music with the world.
